If you are registering for a hike, please indicate which hike you want, where you live, and whether or not you wish to car pool.  For all hikes, you need to bring good shoes, water, lunch, sunscreen, and bug spray (not normally needed) and a smile (always needed).  Directions to the trails are given in this website under "Hikes by Difficulty".
